Openkrill is seeking a Senior Technical Talent Researcher to identify and engage top technical talent across multiple disciplines. This remote role focuses on advanced sourcing, market intelligence, and developing deep client understandings.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to strengthen recruiting practices, connect with passive candidates, and build strong pipelines for high-growth technology organizations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally 1+ year in an internal talent acquisition team.
• Strong expertise in Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Knowledge of market intelligence and creative research techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage highly qualified technical professionals across multiple disciplines.
• Apply sophisticated sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.
• Develop an understanding of client objectives, culture, and hiring needs.
