An established industry player is seeking a skilled professional to enhance business practices through technology. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify needs and implement solutions, ensuring alignment between technology and operations. Incumbent will identify opportunities to leverage technologies in areas that improve and enhance business practices by designing and implementing application/product enhancements. Works with customers, end-users, IT personnel, and software vendors to align technology functionality with operational processes. Assesses, researches, analyzes, and documents stakeholder needs, selecting appropriate techniques to elicit requirements. Develops detailed test cases, executes them, and shares results with business and tech managers for approval. Collaborates with developers to solution and provides cost and time estimates for fixes and enhancements. Performs long-term analysis and system/hardware design to maintain production environments. Synthesizes requirements and develops recommendations to meet business objectives. Works on project teams developing or modifying complex information systems.
Relevant degree such as Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business, Technical fields, Education, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or Information Technology. Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and CSS.
