The purpose of this role is to enable and support project delivery through the capture and analysis of user and business needs, ensuring project outcomes are aligned with the service vision and business strategy.

Job Description:

Position Overview:

You will help ensure that our client requirements are met through the delivery of digital solutions. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Agile development environments, and managing complex projects is required. You will lead the creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations. Expertise in Adobe Workfront and Creative Cloud is also desired for an integrated approach to workflows and content delivery. This is a remote position reporting to the Business Analyst Director, without managerial responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document complex business requirements, translating them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate communication among clients, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure successful AEM solution delivery.
• Provide expertise on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) best practices to maximize platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and daily stand-ups.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project roadblocks.
• Facilitate workshops, sprint reviews, and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and project deliverables.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), understanding its architecture, workflows, and integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating across teams.
• Proficiency in writing comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria for complex projects.
• Experience with Adobe Workfront and Creative Cloud platforms, managing workflows, and optimizing content delivery.
• Ability to explain requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading large-scale AEM implementations or digital transformation projects.
• Skills in facilitating requirements workshops and stakeholder agreement sessions.

The annual salary range is $78,000-$126,500, with placement based on experience and skills.
