Job summary

Envolve Community Management is seeking a Senior Yardi Support Specialist for a full-time remote role. You will troubleshoot Yardi issues, develop custom reports, and mentor Tier 1 staff while ensuring data integrity across multiple systems.

The role requires extensive Yardi Voyager experience (7+ years), strong SQL skills, and excellent communication. Travel to properties and corporate offices may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of Yardi Voyager experience including administration and user support.
• 7+ years of residential and/or affordable support.
• Experience with Yardi custom reporting and SQL scripting within a Yardi database.
• Experience with ETL, Y2Y and/or custom importing.
• Strong Technical Support and Customer Support experience.
• Excellent communication skills to ensure successful resolution to internal client issues.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated tickets from the Tier 1 Yardi support queue.
• Resolve at least 70% of tickets within their ticket queue.
• Escalate complex issues with proper documentation to Tier 3 or Yardi Systems.
• Mentor Tier 1 Yardi Support Specialists with a patient, supportive approach.
• Complete resident ledger and accounting updates.
• Develop and maintain custom Yardi reports.
• Write SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to extract and analyze system data.
• Create automated reporting packages using Report Scheduler and other Yardi tools.
• Troubleshoot data integrity issues and resolve discrepancies in Yardi databases.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot errors to ensure data integrity.
• Document solutions and maintain the knowledge base.
• Provide user account support and access management.
• Travel to property sites and other work-related needs when requested.
