Job summary

Envolve Community Management is seeking a Yardi Support Specialist to work remotely. This full‑time role provides technical and customer support, troubleshooting Yardi software issues, and coordinating with the Yardi Support team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Yardi Voyager experience, residential/affordable support experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Travel to properties and offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of Yardi Voyager experience including administration and user support.
• 3+ years of residential and/or affordable housing support.
• Strong technical and customer support experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Yardi software related issues.
• Triage incoming Yardi software tickets by portfolio, property, priority, and area.
• Resolve at least 70% of tickets within the queue.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 with proper documentation.
• Provide support for all Yardi products Envolve utilizes.
• Provide user account support and access management.
• Document solutions and maintain the knowledge base.
• Test and implement new Yardi modules and integrations.
• Coordinate with interface vendors to maintain Yardi data.
• Travel to property sites and corporate offices as needed.
• Assist supporting non-Yardi software when requested.
