Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager to grow the XRPL ecosystem and accelerate real-world adoption of Ripple’s crypto solutions. You will focus on startups and founders building on XRPL, engaging VCs, accelerators, and corporates to expand partnerships and drive market impact.

Based in New York, Miami, London, or São Paulo, or willing to relocate, you will design ecosystem strategies, own end-to-end deals, and shape Ripple’s market presence across cross-border payments,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, or venture capital in fintech/payments.
• Track record of creating opportunities from ambiguous, zero-to-one contexts without a playbook.
• Strong network across fintech, payments and crypto with senior relationships.
• Deep understanding of blockchain and traditional financial services; passionate about crypto.
• Clear, direct communicator able to influence executives; comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Source and build a high-quality ecosystem pipeline across VCs, accelerators, corporates, and partners.
• Own end-to-end deals from first conversation to grant, partnership, or investment; structure terms.
• Shape strategy and market signals; align product roadmap with ecosystem opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, BD, Corp Dev, DevRel, and Go-to-Market to prioritize efforts.
