Ripple, based in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Senior Staff Partner Engineer to work with leading financial institutions on blockchain solutions. You will join a global team to design end-to-end integrations on XRPL and Ripple's product suite for ambitious projects that drive efficiency in financial services.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and influence roadmap while ensuring flawless execution.

Qualifications

8+ years in technology solutions or development.
Experience with open source languages: JavaScript, Java, Swift, C++, Python, Rust.
Experience building on blockchain systems; XRPL a bonus.
Proven customer service experience in tech.
Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Partner Engineering works with strategic partners to identify difficulties and implement custom solutions.
