Ripple is hiring a Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager to drive the XRPL ecosystem and real-world adoption of Ripple’s crypto solutions. You’ll cultivate a high-impact portfolio of founders, VCs, accelerators, and corporate partners, shaping strategy and coordinating with product, engineering, BD, and GTM teams to accelerate growth.
Based in New York or other major hubs, you’ll own end-to-end deal processes, grow strategic alliances, and push market adoption across cross-border payments,
At Ripple, we’re building a world where value moves like information does today. It’s big, it’s bold, and we’re already doing it. Through our crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments and developers, we are improving the global financial system and creating greater economic fairness and opportunity for more people, in more places around the world. And we get to do the best work of our career and grow our skills surrounded by colleagues who have our backs. If you’re ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value.
We’re hiring a Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager to grow the ecosystem building on the XRP Ledger (XRPL) and accelerate real-world adoption of Ripple’s crypto solutions. Your primary focus is growing the community of startups and founders building on XRPL. VCs, accelerators, and corporates are the channels and partners you work through to find and support that ecosystem. This is a strategic, hands-on role at the center of our top theses and core product pillars: cross-border payments, stablecoins, and FX; lending, yield, and credit; AI and agentic payments; and institutional use cases spanning capital markets and collateral mobility. This is not a traditional business development or venture role. You’ll define ecosystem strategy, influence product direction, architect partnerships, and create market adoption across these value chains. You’ll be the first call for founders building on XRPL, and for the strategic partners who shape where the market goes: VCs, top accelerators, and market participants. You’ll do it with real autonomy and the backing of a global team. Emerging markets are among our highest-conviction opportunities, and Latin America is a strategic market for this role.
