Job summary

Ripple is hiring a Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager to accelerate real-world XRPL adoption and expand the startup founder community. You’ll build a high-quality ecosystem through VCs, accelerators, corporates, and strategic partners, while owning end-to-end deals and shaping market strategy.

Lead cross-functional efforts with product, engineering, BD, and Go-to-Market to drive growth across core pillars like cross-border payments and FX.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, or venture capital in fintech/payments/treasury tech.
• Strong network across fintech, payments, crypto with relationships at operators, founders and funds.
• Deep understanding of blockchain and traditional financial services; crypto enthusiastic.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior executives.
• Ability to operate autonomously with accountability in ambiguous environments.
• Willingness to relocate; based in NY, MIA, London, or São Paulo.

Responsibilities

• Source and build a high-quality ecosystem pipeline across VCs, accelerators, corporates, and strategic partners.
• Own deals end-to-end from first conversation to signed grant/partnership/investment; structure milestones.
• Shape strategy and market signals; collaborate with product, engineering, BD, corp dev, DevRel, and GTM.
