Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced construction program leader for a Seattle project. You will act as the daily point of contact for site teams and owners’ representatives, ensuring delivery aligns with schedule, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with manufacturing partners, managing budgets, and delivering monthly health and progress reports. This role requires travel and strong leadership across remote and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years related experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Experience managing geographically diverse, remote, multidisciplined teams.
• Strong decision making and relationship skills to identify constraints and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as daily point of contact for site construction team and owners’ representatives.
• Manage coordination activities for assigned projects including operations, engineering, logistics, and delivery.
• Present monthly project health reports and provide project finance and budget status.
• Lead or participate in activities to ensure safe project delivery.
• Maintain routine presence at project site to communicate needs and fulfill client expectations.
