Job summary

Capgemini Auburn Hills is seeking an advanced-level XIL Framework and Simulation Engineer for a 7-month contract. You will architect scalable xIL frameworks (SiL/HiL/ViL), define modular simulation architectures, and drive adoption of standardized toolchains across global teams to enable high‑fidelity virtual validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in xIL frameworks and virtual validation (MiL/SiL/HiL).
• Experience with simulation toolchains and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead development of scalable xIL (SiL/HiL/ViL) frameworks.
• Define modular, configurable, and reusable simulation architectures.
• Ensure seamless integration across toolchains, models, and platforms.
• Drive framework performance, robustness, and scalability improvements.
• Lead development and integration of the xIL tool ecosystem and data pipelines.
• Establish CI/CD integration strategies for simulation and testing.
• Enable cloud-based and distributed simulation execution at scale.
• Partner with global teams including vECU, architecture, validation, and testing.
