Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct and coordinate Service Department personnel to meet goals.
• Direct schedules, workloads and regular meetings; evaluate performance.
• Maintain department profitability, manage parts inventory and costs.
• Coordinate with warehouse and training to support service operations.
• Resolve escalated client complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare payroll and track attendance, vacations and sick leave.
