Job summary

Bank of America’s Experience Design (XD) team is seeking an XD III to lead the vision and execution of user interactions across digital platforms. You will drive end-to-end experiences, guide complex flows, and shape multi-feature solutions with strategic and tactical impact.

As a senior IC, you will blend user research, data analytics, and design strategy to deliver innovative, scalable experiences while partnering with product, engineering, and design teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry design experience in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience researching AI-enabled experiences and evaluating trust, transparency, explainability, adoption, and responsible AI considerations.
• Proficient in design-to-code tools and collaborating with product management and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead XD delivery across end-to-end digital experiences.
• Develop scalable research frameworks and patterns for the team.
• Collaborate with product design, content design, design research, design operations, and design technology.
• Influence project stakeholders with a clear and compelling design vision.
