Job summary

Inergroup seeks a Senior Scheduler to lead complex wastewater treatment plant construction schedules, from pump stations to WWTP builds, ensuring on-time delivery. The role provides strategic oversight, analytical rigor, and mentorship for project teams.

Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years of scheduling in construction and expert Primavera P6 skills, with CPM mastery and coordination with PMs and field teams for successful project execution.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10+ years of scheduling experience in construction
• Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6, including advanced resource and cost-loading techniques.
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive project data.
• Certification (e.g., PMI-SP, PSP) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain scheduling standards and train project teams on wastewater and heavy civil sequencing.
• Oversee development and updating of project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with WWTP constraints.
• Perform resource loading and analysis for labor, equipment, subcontractor, and procurement data.
• Conduct cost loading and analysis, ensuring financial alignment within schedules using Primavera P6.
• Lead the creation of bid proposal schedules outlining work sequences and timelines.
• Assist with baseline schedules across multiple wastewater and civil projects.
• Analyze CPM schedules and coordinate with PMs and Superintendents on procurement and installation.
• Monitor schedule quality and integrity across all project phases (structural, mechanical, electrical, process equipment).
• Monitor weekly/monthly updates, providing critical path insights and long-lead equipment focus.
• Lead schedule fragmentation (fragnets) to address changes and delays with workable solutions.
• Serve as primary technical advisor on scheduling issues and risk mitigation.
• Guide teams in short-term schedules, recovery plans, and delay claim analyses.
