Job summary

Tanner Pacific Inc. is seeking a Senior Scheduler to drive project timelines, balance workloads, and minimize delays to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for complex civil projects in California.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, tracking status, coordinating across teams, and reporting progress. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in scheduling, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management or related field; or equivalent combination of experience, skills, and training.
• PE licensed preferred.
• 10+ years of scheduling experience, preferably on water/wastewater and heavy civil projects.
• Primavera P6, CPM Scheduling, baseline/monthly schedule reviews, critical path analysis, recovery schedules, and time-impact/delay analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software like Procore.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Public agency/water district experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules and timelines.
• Track, analyze, and report on schedule information including status and forecasted changes.
• Ensure accuracy of schedules to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate schedules, tasks, deliverables, updates, and reports.
• Assist team with developing and updating schedules.
• Support planning and scheduling across all project phases.
• Identify schedule delays and communicate updates to the Project Manager.
• Provide schedule progress reports in team meetings.
• Analyze schedule impacts and recommend timely resolutions.
