Job summary

Healogics, LLC. is seeking a Clinical Program Director to lead the Wound Care Center program within the assigned hospital partner network.

The role focuses on daily operations, staff oversight, financial stewardship, and quality improvement to drive excellent patient outcomes. Responsibilities include marketing to referring physicians, strengthening hospital relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the wound care continuum.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and ongoing licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 1 year of marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations experience.
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 2+ years of marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations experience.
• 4+ years or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and wound care programs.
• Implement improvements to clinic flows and maximize outcomes.
• Coordinate revenue cycle and manage costs across the program.
• Lead community education/marketing efforts to increase referrals.
• Drive a continuous Quality/Performance Improvement Program.
• Coordinate clinical activities and supervise clinical staff.
