YipitData is seeking a Senior Workplace Operations Associate in NYC to act as the operational backbone of our offices. You will manage day-to-day facilities, drive improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class workspace experiences.

This hybrid role reports to the Associate Director, Global Workplace, and involves space planning, vendor management, safety compliance, and event support to enable teams to perform at their best.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or related field

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of NYC headquarters and hub offices to ensure safe, functional, and well-maintained workspaces.
• Source, negotiate, and manage facilities vendors and services; track spend against budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Plan and execute office layouts, seating, and workspace reconfigurations to support team growth and hybrid work models.
• Champion initiatives that enhance the employee workplace experience (amenities, food programs, in-office events).
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, OSHA regulations, fire safety protocols, ADA accessibility; maintain emergency plans.
• Lead workplace projects end-to-end (office buildouts, renovations, moves, tech upgrades) with timelines and budgets.
• Develop and refine SOPs for workplace operations; implement automation and use visitor management, room booking, and ticketing tools.
• Collaborate with People Ops, IT, and Finance on onboarding logistics, equipment provisioning, office access, and engagement programs.
• Track KPIs (space utilization, ticket resolution, vendor SLAs, employee satisfaction) and present insights to leadership.
