YipitData is hiring a Senior Workplace Operations Associate to serve as the operational backbone of our NYC headquarters and satellite offices. You will own day-to-day facilities management, drive improvements, and partner cross-functionally to create best-in-class office experiences for a fast-growing tech environment.

The role is hybrid (4 days in office, 1 from home) based in NYC, with some travel to other US hubs.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or related field.
• Proactive problem-solver who owns issues from identification to resolution.
• Hands-on vendor management including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
• Experience leading office moves, buildouts, and workspace redesigns.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong process documentation.
• Knowledge of OSHA, fire codes, and ADA accessibility standards.
• Clear, cross-functional communication with engineering, IT, People Ops, and Finance teams.
• Tech-savvy with workplace tools and systems.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations of NYC headquarters and hub offices to ensure safe, functional workspaces.
• Source, negotiate, and manage facilities vendors and service providers; monitor spend and optimize costs.
• Plan and execute office layouts, seating, and reconfigurations to support growth and hybrid work.
• Lead workplace projects end-to-end, including moves, renovations, and tech upgrades.
• Develop SOPs for workplace operations and look for automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with People Ops, IT, and Finance on onboarding, equipment provisioning, and access management.
• Track KPIs (space utilization, ticket times, vendor SLAs) and report insights to leadership.
