Job summary

Crawford Group in Seattle is seeking a Sr. Event Program Manager to own the Workplace Events portfolio for Seattle and New York. You will lead end-to-end event production, budgets, and vendor management across multiple time zones, ensuring quality and brand alignment.

The role requires 7+ years of experience in senior event strategy and global program management, with strong collaboration across AMER, APAC, and EMEA. Onsite three days weekly.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior event strategy and program/project management experience.
• Experience managing in-person, hybrid, and virtual events at scale.
• Experience with global enterprise employee-centered gatherings and workplace events.
• Strong budget management, vendor management, negotiation and financial accountability.
• Excellent stakeholder management at senior and executive levels; asynchronous collaboration across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own Seattle and New York Workplace Events portfolios end-to-end, including planning, production, and reporting.
• Manage budgets, vendors, SLAs, KPIs, and program governance across AMER regions.
• Collaborate across AMER, APAC, and EMEA time zones to ensure seamless handoffs and delivery.
• Deliver in-person, hybrid, and virtual events with attention to detail and white-glove service.
• Develop and share post-event reports, learnings, and best practices with global teams.
