The Marketing team at PitchBook is critical to fueling the company’s growth by utilizing a variety of strategies to support our Sales and Customer Success departments. The Marketing department is responsible for all demand generation efforts by executing engaging campaigns, effective product marketing strategies, and attending client and trade‑show events. The Marketing team is also responsible for promoting the PitchBook brand.
PitchBook’s Sr. Customer Experience Specialist plays a key role in executing impactful experiences and programs that support our growing Customer Success team. This position focuses on supporting client events globally and a targeted gifting strategy to enhance client relationships and strengthen our brand presence. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, and a candidate eager to experiment, explore new tactics, and continually improve our ability to connect with our customers. The role thrives in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment while offering support over an aggressive roadmap of marketing opportunities. The ability to work effectively across various internal and external teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Creative is critical to support a cohesive approach to our events and gifting strategy.

The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an ongoing basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
