Job summary

PRA Business Events in Seattle is seeking an Event Manager to lead sales efforts, develop proposals, and oversee event production for a select segment of our business meetings. You will grow relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal PRA teams to deliver exceptional events that exceed expectations.

This role requires managing programs often $1 million+ in revenue, coordinating with hoteliers, venues, and staff, and ensuring successful execution from discovery to post-event invoicing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in DMC, incentive travel, event management, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality & Tourism, Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of client development, lead follow-up, and closing business.
• Ability to read contracts, financials, and client proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales, client management, and proposal development for key accounts.
• Develop and present dynamic proposals and manage supplier relationships.
• Coordinate program financials, invoicing, and pricing alignment.
• Oversee on-site event operations, staffing, and venue management.
