Expected to manage ~15 buildings incl.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in architecture, interior design, workplace strategy, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site design programs and govern design standards.
• Strong collaboration with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior design authority for the Americas workplace portfolio.
• Oversee architects, designers, consultants, and internal partners to align with priorities.
• Lead design strategy for ~15 buildings including Uptown Dallas.
• Translate employee and client needs into concepts that support collaboration and wellness.
• Establish design standards, review processes, and decision forums.
• Influence senior stakeholders with clear recommendations and governance materials.
