Job summary

RS&H in Chicago seeks a senior Architect to join our multidisciplinary team. You’ll drive design for corporate workplaces, financial institutions, and commercial spaces from planning through construction documents, collaborating with engineers and designers to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will build and maintain client relationships, lead design teams, and mentor junior staff while ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards in a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional architectural experience in corporate workplaces, commercial office, or financial institutions.
• Strong leadership and client-relations skills required.
• Proficiency with building codes and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and coordination of complex projects from concept through construction.
• Prepare and oversee construction documents and client presentations.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development and client relations.
