Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Dallas seeks a Program Manager to serve as the operational leader and chief integrator for workplace and real estate transformation programs. You will coordinate multi-workstream initiatives, translate strategy into integrated plans, and ensure executive-ready governance and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Institute governance routines, status reporting, milestone tracking and dependency management.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders, vendors and project teams.
• Identify and escalate program risks, issues and interdependencies with mitigation plans.
• Connect strategy, execution and stakeholder engagement across complex programs.
