Job summary

RS&H in Dallas, TX is seeking a licensed Architect to join our Buildings Practice. You’ll own projects through design and construction, mentor junior staff, and help grow our corporate workplace and commercial portfolio.

This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule, with in-office collaboration and remote work. Require NAAB-accredited degree, active license, 7+ years’ experience, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; strong leadership and client-relations skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program.
• 7+ years of architectural experience.
• Active architectural license in good standing.
• Experience with corporate workplace, healthcare, commercial office, financial institutions, industrial, logistics and distribution.
• Proven ability to lead projects through all phases of design and construction.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, life safety, and accessibility requirements.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from planning through construction administration.
• Prepare and oversee construction documents, specifications, and client presentations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, interior designers, and consultants to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development and proposal efforts.
• Guide project schedules, budgets, quality, and technical execution.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and construction site observations.
