Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Architecture and Design Lead to act as the senior design authority for the Americas workplace portfolio. You will set design direction, oversee architects and designers, and guide a multi-site program that includes the Uptown Dallas project, balancing cost, schedule and user experience.

You'll drive design governance, translate business needs into concepts, and influence senior leaders with strong business cases and governance materials to enable informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related design field; credentials a plus.
• Experience leading multi-site design programs for corporate real estate.
• Strong ability to align design with business priorities and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior design authority for the Americas workplace portfolio.
• Provide executive oversight of architects, designers and consultants.
• Lead design strategy for about 15 buildings including Uptown Dallas.
• Translate needs into design concepts that support collaboration and wellness.
• Establish design standards, review processes and governance forums.
• Influence senior stakeholders with clear design recommendations.
