Job summary

STG is seeking a Senior WorkForce Software Configuration Engineer to join the ATLAS program, deploying and configuring enterprise workforce management for 55,000+ employees across the United States and Canada.

The ideal candidate has hands-on WorkForce Software configuration experience and holds a current WFS certification. The role collaborates with HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations to translate requirements into configurations and ensure compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• Design, build, and maintain WorkForce Software configurations for business requirements.
• Provide hands-on configuration and deployment for WFS modules (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Tracking, Reporting, Integrations).
• Translate business requirements into system configurations with HR, Payroll, IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot configuration issues and ensure data integrity across deployments.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment across multiple waves.
• Document configuration standards and change history; ensure regulatory compliance.
