Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior WorkForce Software Configuration Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain enterprise WorkForce Software configurations across Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Case Tracking, and Reporting. The role collaborates with HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations to translate business needs into robust configurations and ensure data integrity.

• Current WorkForce Software certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot between configuration work and business problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain WorkForce Software configurations to support business requirements.
• Provide hands-on configuration and deployment expertise for WorkForce Software modules (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Case Tracking, Reporting, Integrations).
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT to translate requirements into configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues while ensuring system stability and data integrity.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment across deployment waves.
• Ensure compliance with timekeeping and leave regulations in the US and Canada.
• Document configuration standards, processes, and change history.
• Provide post-deployment support as a subject matter expert.
