HTC Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Workday Core HCM Developer/Consultant to deliver scalable Workday solutions. The role focuses on Core HCM, integrations, security, reporting, and production support, collaborating with HR and technical teams to optimize HRIS processes.

The position emphasizes configuring business processes, building reports, and coordinating releases while maintaining system stability and data integrity across modules like Payroll, Benefits, and Talent.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HRIS experience, including 3+ years of Workday Core HCM experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM.
• Strong knowledge of Business Process Configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Security.
• Strong knowledge of Calculated Fields.
• Strong knowledge of Custom & Advanced Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder).
• Experience with Workday integrations and data interfaces.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting production environments and end users.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Core HCM modules and business processes.
• Analyze business requirements and implement Workday-based solutions.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Support Workday security configuration, role assignments, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability.
• Coordinate Workday releases, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams on system enhancements.
• Support data validation, data loads (EIB), and integration activities.
