The role focuses on program management, audit readiness, and reporting, with direct interaction across operations and external partners like GPCF. Strong data integrity and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Public Admin, or related field.
• 3+ years in workforce development or internal operations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and reporting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal and Construction to manage WSFO activities.
• Identify bottlenecks and escalate risks as needed.
• Monitor milestones and ensure alignment with funding obligations.
• Track budgets and reconcile program spending.
• Prepare briefing materials for leadership.
