Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Sr. Program Specialist in Workforce Development to drive internal coordination, execution tracking, and data integrity for workforce initiatives, including the CHIPS DFA framework, at the F21 facility.

You will connect HR, Finance, Legal, Construction, and HQ to ensure WSFO activities are on schedule, compliant, and accurately reported. The role focuses on program management, budget administration, audit and compliance reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in workforce development, program coordination, or internal operations within a large-scale environment.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Legal, Operations).
• Strong data compilation, verification, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal, and Construction to ensure WSFO activities execute on schedule.
• Identify internal bottlenecks and determine resolution paths, escalating as needed.
• Monitor program milestones and ensure alignment with funding obligations.
• Support planning, execution, and tracking of workforce development and hiring programs under PM leadership.
• Track budgets and expenses and reconcile program spending; provide status reports with variances.
