• Budget management and financial tracking experience for programs or projects.
• Experience managing external stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal, and Construction to ensure WSFO activities stay on schedule.
• Identify bottlenecks and escalate only when executive decision is needed.
• Monitor milestones, ensure alignment with federal funding obligations.
• Plan, execute, and track workforce development and hiring programs.
• Prepare briefing materials and status updates translating data into recommendations.
• Manage budgets and expenses; provide variance analyses and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Finance to reconcile spending and forecast needs.
• Maintain audit-ready records for compliance and reporting.
