Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Construction Safety Manager for the F21 FAB project in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and enforcing safety programs across construction sites, mentoring Safety Managers, and coordinating subcontractor safety planning.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction health and safety, CHST certification, and a relevant bachelor’s degree. On-site work with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and incident prevention is required.

Qualifications

• Develop, implement, and enforce safety programs on construction projects.
• Mentor and oversee Safety Managers, providing leadership.
• Coordinate Pre-Construction Safety Planning Meetings with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Review Site-Specific Safety Programs and Job Hazard Analyses before mobilization.
• Conduct site evaluations, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor toolbox talks for documentation accuracy and quality.
• Investigate incidents using root cause analysis and develop preventive measures.
