RTX Enterprise Services is seeking a Senior Labor Analyst to serve as a senior SME supporting managers, cross-functional teams, and enterprise initiatives. You will collaborate with Payroll, HR, Operations, and Compliance to drive operational strategy and efficiency across Time & Labor management domains.

The role emphasizes project planning, testing, deployment readiness, and post-implementation support, with a focus on process improvement and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field; advanced degree with 3+ years preferred.
• Experience with MS Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Experience with SAP systems operations and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior operational SME supporting managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead or support complex operational projects, enterprise implementations, strategic initiatives, and operational readiness efforts.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Operations, Compliance, and system teams to support operational strategy and objectives.
• Provide advanced operational support across Time & Labor Management areas.
• Support labor compliance activities and risk assessment.
