Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Labor Analyst to join the Enterprise Services team in a hybrid role. You will act as a senior operational SME supporting managers, enterprise projects, implementations, compliance initiatives, and strategic operational efforts across multiple functional areas.

You will partner with Payroll, HR, Operations, Compliance, and system teams to support labor processes, payroll support, audits, and complex issue resolution, while mentoring colleagues and driving process

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field and 5+ years in payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing or compliance OR an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
Experience with SAP systems operations and processes.

Responsibilities

Serve as senior operational SME supporting managers, leadership and cross-functional teams.
Lead or support complex operational projects, enterprise implementations and readiness efforts.
Partner with Payroll, HR, Operations, Compliance and IT to support objectives.
Provide advanced operational support across Time & Labor Management areas.
Develop operational procedures, training resources and reporting tools.
