RTX is seeking a Senior Labor Analyst to serve as a senior operational resource across multiple functions, providing subject-matter expertise in workforce operations, labor processes, and project support. The role partners with leadership to drive efficiency, compliance, and scalable processes.

The position requires a strong background in payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing or compliance, with SAP experience and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related discipline or equivalent experience; minimum 5 years’ experience in payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing, and/or compliance;
• Advanced degree in a related field with minimum 3 years of experience;
• Experience with MS Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
• Experience and strong working knowledge of SAP systems operations and processes.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a senior operational SME supporting managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead or support complex operational projects, enterprise implementations, strategic initiatives, and operational readiness efforts.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Operations, Compliance, and system teams to support operational strategy and organizational objectives.
• Provide advanced operational support across multiple Time & Labor Management functional areas.
• Support workforce operations including labor processes, payroll support activities, audit analysis, escalations, and operational issue resolution.
• Support labor compliance activities and operational reviews to ensure adherence to company policy and applicable labor requirements.
• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive on-site training programs for HR, employees, and supervisors to ensure consistent understanding and application of time and labor processes.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline or equivalent experience
