RTX in Greenville, TX, hybrid role, seeks a senior operational SME to lead payroll, timekeeping, and labor processes across multiple systems. You will partner with Payroll, HR, Operations, Compliance, and IT to drive enterprise initiatives and ensure compliance.

The role requires advanced SAP knowledge, Power BI reporting, and strong Excel skills, with a focus on operational readiness, mitigation of risks, and scalable training programs for managers and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field with 5+ years in payroll, timekeeping, auditing or compliance.
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Working knowledge of SAP systems operations and processes.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a senior operational SME supporting managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead or support complex operational projects, enterprise implementations, and readiness efforts.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Operations, Compliance, and system teams to support strategy and objectives.
• Provide advanced operational support across multiple Time & Labor Management areas.
• Support payroll, labor compliance activities, audits, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, training resources, and reporting tools.
• Mentor team members on processes, project support, and issue resolution.
• Identify operational risks and communicate improvement opportunities to leadership.
• Design and deliver on-site training programs for HR, employees, and supervisors.
