Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, and absence management.
• Assess staffing requirements and recommend workforce solutions.
• Provide analysis of talent and staffing needs to support goals.
• Align workforce decisions with organizational strategy and department goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to support execution of initiatives.
• Make independent decisions in evolving circumstances.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Humana guidelines.
• Monitor workforce metrics and adjust plans to optimize performance.
