Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager of AI & Workforce Intelligence to own the design, development, and automation of intelligent systems providing real-time workforce visibility for a 5,000+ person engineering organization. You will build dashboards and automation across Workday, finance, recruiting, and planning tools.

The role bridges data engineering, AI/ML, and business operations, reporting to the VP of Trust & Infrastructure Centralized Operations and partnering daily with Finance,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, workforce analytics, or related technical operations.
• 3+ years building automated data pipelines integrating multiple data sources (APIs, flat files, databases, SaaS exports).
• Proficient with BI dashboards (Tableau/Looker) and designing dashboards from scratch.
• Strong programming in Python and SQL with production-grade automation.
• Experience applying AI/ML to business problems.
• Experience with workforce data systems (Workday or SuccessFactors).
• Track record of building something from zero and communicating value to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and build an end-to-end automated data pipeline ingesting and reconciling workforce data.
• Create self-healing automation to detect data drift and alert on anomalies.
• Own headcount data lifecycle from requisition to backfill and attrition.
• Apply AI/ML to forecast attrition and pipeline health.
• Design dashboards to serve as the single source of truth for headcount management.
• Automate end-to-end headcount lifecycle and connect planning decisions to downstream systems.
• Partner with Finance, Recruiting, Employee Success, and Engineering leadership.
