Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Senior Manager of AI & Workforce Intelligence to design, build, and automate intelligent systems that give leaders real-time visibility into headcount, hiring pipelines, and organizational health across a 5,000+ engineer organization.

You will own data architecture, integrate AI/ML tooling, and create self-sustaining automation pipelines to replace manual reporting, collaborating with Finance, Recruiting, Employee Success, and Engineering leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data engineering, BI, or workforce analytics roles.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end automated data pipelines ingesting data from multiple sources (Workday, Tableau, Google Sheets, finance exports, recruiting tools, planning spreadsheets).
• Create self-healing, scheduled automation that detects data drift, validates freshness, and alerts on anomalies.
• Own the full lifecycle of headcount data from requisition through offer acceptance, backfill, transfer, and attrition.
• Apply AI/ML models to forecast attrition risk, pipeline health, time-to-fill, and capacity gaps.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards (Tableau, Google Sheets, Apps Script) as the single source of truth for headcount.
• Automate headcount lifecycle: creation, approvals, requisition tracking, offers, onboarding triggers, and backfill initiation.
• Partner with Finance, Recruiting, Employee Success, and Engineering to meet data needs and governance.
• Stay current with AI/ML, automation frameworks, and document architectures, flows, and runbooks.
