Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Staff Workforce Engineer to lead the Digital Workforce tool portfolio with high autonomy. You will design deployment strategies, architect cross-system integrations, and mentor engineers while partnering with security and risk teams for compliant deployments.

The role focuses on Microsoft 365 Copilot enablement, enterprise governance, and security alignment across the enterprise, with hybrid work options and opportunities to influence standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in digital employee experience domains.
• Deep expertise in digital employee experience platforms, automation, or security.
• Ability to design cross-system architecture and set technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Design deployment strategies spanning multiple tools and set engineering standards.
• Architect data pipelines and cross-system integrations for digital employee experience platforms.
• Architect Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 enablement at enterprise scale.
• Improve and scale evaluation standards and reference libraries for AI tools.
• Lead threat modeling for the Digital Workforce tool portfolio with security partners.
• Coordinate activities of other Workforce Engineers on cross-tool initiatives.
• Translate complex tradeoffs into clear terms for stakeholders.
