Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a senior leader to direct the wealth management service delivery model and banking strategy in the market, collaborating with the Home Office to ensure superior client service. You will partner with market leadership, Financial Advisors, and Client Associates to meet daily needs while driving responsible growth and reducing regulatory, financial, and reputational risk.

You will guide a team of cross-functional professionals, oversee client accounts, and lead the branch

Qualifications

• FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) required or in scope, Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65), Series 9 and 10 (or Series 8) or equivalent licenses and Series 3, 31 licenses, if warranted
• Minimum of five years of professional experience

Responsibilities

• Leads the service delivery model and wealth management banking strategy to drive business growth
• Hires, develops, and leads a cross-functional team to support Financial Advisor teams and client service
• Oversees risk management, compliance, and audits to meet firm policies and procedures
• Oversees client service experiences and reviews new client accounts for quality and compliance
• Leads Wealth Management Client Associates and branch Operations to achieve service and operational excellence
