Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Senior Workforce Enablement Data Analyst to partner with senior leadership and drive workforce planning, labor forecasting, and operational analytics across the field organization.

The role focuses on developing dashboards, KPI reporting, and data-driven insights to improve labor utilization, service execution, and financial performance in multi-site operations. Regular collaboration with HR, Finance, Ops, and Technology is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in workforce planning, labor analytics, BI, or related analytical role.
• Experience with multi-site field service, facilities, logistics, or operationally complex organizations preferred.
• Experience developing workforce forecasts, labor models, staffing plans, capacity analyses, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop workforce planning models, labor forecasts, staffing strategies, and capacity planning analyses.
• Analyze workforce utilization, labor costs, overtime, productivity, scheduling effectiveness, staffing levels, turnover, absenteeism, and trends.
• Monitor capacity and identify labor risks impacting service delivery and financial performance.
• Develop deployment recommendations to improve labor utilization and execution.
• Partner with HR and Operations to evaluate staffing requirements and readiness.
• Develop enterprise dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for executive visibility.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Technology to improve reporting capabilities and data quality.
• Support strategic projects and workforce management initiatives.
