Job summary

GovStrive is seeking a Manager of Workforce Planning to lead complex federal workforce analytics projects within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will own project outcomes, manage client relationships, supervise staff, and advance workforce solutions.

Required: PMP or equivalent, a Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years in the Federal landscape, and 3+ years in leading Workforce Planning projects. Remote work is possible, with preferred sites in Dublin, GA and Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent certification required.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 6+ years experience in the Federal landscape including processes, policy and technology.
• 3+ years leading Workforce Planning projects including managing resources.
• Experience with HR functions/processes and HR operating models.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects with multiple work streams and stakeholders, staffing, planning and prioritizing work.
• Lead client meetings and sessions; coach team members and oversee meetings.
• Manage relationships with clients and leadership teams and reporting.
• Drive client satisfaction via quality deliverables and oversight of reports, dashboards, trainings, and SOPs.
• Monitor project financials, budget, and invoices with accounting support.
• Identify risks and communicate them to leadership.
• Supervise employees, provide coaching and career development; conduct appraisals.
