Empower Retirement, LLC is seeking a Senior Procurement Reporting Analyst to deliver data-driven insights across the company’s External Workforce, supporting strategic sourcing, workforce planning, and financial management. You will perform advanced analytics, forecasting, modeling, and reporting, translating complex workforce data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

In this role you will build dashboards, monitor data quality, and develop scenarios to evaluate workforce planning options

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, finance, workforce planning, procurement analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with external labor, contingent workforce, or related workforce data.
• Demonstrated experience developing dashboards, analytical reporting, and data-driven insights.
• Experience performing trend analysis, forecasting, financial analysis, or workforce modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency with analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting on external workforce spend, utilization, trends, and supplier performance.
• Build and enhance dashboards, recurring reports, and analytical tools that support workforce and business decision-making.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities requiring stakeholder attention.
• Prepare executive-ready reporting and presentations that clearly communicate key findings and business implications.
• Apply established metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards across external labor categories and recommend improvements to reporting methodologies, metrics, dashboards, and analytical processes.
• Perform workforce demand forecasting, trend analysis, and capacity planning to support business and workforce planning.
