Job summary

Fortive seeks a Sr Analyst, Workforce Intelligence to partner with Talent Partners and HR teams to transform employee listening, workforce, and organizational data into actionable insights. You will shape strategy, governance, and products, enabling leaders to identify risks and prioritize actions.

You will develop scalable analytics, dashboards, and AI-enabled approaches to improve decision-making across Fortive and its OpCos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience applying data analytics to workforce or people analytics.
• Strong ability to translate quantitative findings into practical action.

Responsibilities

• Own Fortive's Workforce Intelligence operating model and governance.
• Define and deliver a portfolio of workforce intelligence products and insights.
• Develop scalable methodologies and AI-enabled analytical approaches.
• Partner with HR Tech, HR Ops, and data owners to improve data quality and reporting.
