Job summary

Fortive is seeking a Sr Analyst, Workforce Intelligence to partner with Talent Partners and OpCo HR teams, transforming employee listening and workforce data into actionable insights using AI-enabled approaches. The role will own the listening strategy and workforce intelligence capability, including governance, reporting, and scalable analytics that support enterprise and OpCo decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in data analytics with focus on people/workforce analytics, listening, or organizational research.
• Demonstrated experience translating findings into practical actions for leadership.
• Strong analytical skills: statistics, trend analysis, data visualization, evidence integration.
• Experience applying AI-enabled analytics to workforce or business questions with governance and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Establish and continuously improve Fortive's Workforce Intelligence operating model, including services and governance.
• Define and deliver a portfolio of workforce intelligence products, insights, and support.
• Develop scalable methodologies, tools, and self-service resources including AI-enabled insights.
• Partner with HR Technology and data owners to improve data quality and reporting effectiveness.
• Own Fortive's employee listening strategy and governance for reporting and insight generation.
• Translate business needs into listening/analytical plans with Talent Partners and HRBPs.
• Analyze sentiment, engagement, retention, and workforce trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to inform talent reviews, workforce planning, and organizational decisions.
• Apply AI-enabled analytics to synthesize data, identify risks, and generate decision-relevant insights.
