Job summary

Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) seeks an Employee Benefits Analyst to join District Support Services. You will serve as the primary liaison between employees, payroll, HR, and benefits providers to ensure disability, leave, and benefit programs run smoothly and in compliance.

Responsibilities include evaluating eligibility, processing life events, managing pre-tax accounts, and generating reports to support data integrity and decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution and two (2) years of work experience in human resources, which includes the administration, analyses, and/or support of employee benefits projects, programs, and/or initiatives.
• Experience with benefits administration, HR operations, or compliance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary liaison between employees, payroll, HR, benefits providers, and leave specialists to ensure benefits run smoothly and in compliance.
• Evaluates eligibility and processes QLEs and benefit changes, including pre-tax accounts and disability workflows.
• Maintains accurate records and generates reports to support data integrity and decision making.
• Provides cross-functional support across all Employee Benefits programs and handles special projects as assigned.
