Job summary

Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) is seeking a Program Analyst (Short-term) at GateWay Community College to coordinate Registered Apprenticeships and related noncredit training programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in education, business or public administration, or directly related field and two (2) years of related program management experience preferably in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional-level coordination and support for Registered Apprenticeships and related noncredit training programs.
• Supports recruitment and outreach efforts to build program enrollment and connect prospective students with appropriate training opportunities.
• Maintains ongoing communication with employers to evaluate training quality, responsiveness to workforce needs, and partnership outcomes.
