BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Workforce AI Engineer for a fully remote role that will influence enterprise AI solutions and governance across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.

You will mentor engineers, partner with business and technology teams, and help scale AI initiatives for 3.4 million members. Ideal candidates bring SME experience in M365 Copilot, Power Platform, cloud security/governance, and change management, with enterprise

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field.
Experience: 5 years in Information Technology; 1 year in IT engineering in enterprise environments.
Skills/Certifications: Knowledge of infrastructure technologies including workstations, networking, storage, virtualization and integration between systems.

Responsabilités

Identify root cause and document outage details and customer impact.
Respond to application degradations/outages and lead outage calls to restore service.
Performs capacity planning for end-user environments, including virtual.
Work with third party service providers to ensure end-to-end support as required.
Must be willing to adjust schedule for maintenance and upgrades outside business hours and participate in on-call rotation.
